There is a shopping store chains, SOBEYS, which make incredible cheese buns. The buns are rolled in a swirl like a cinabon, and have air pockets lined with cheese. The air pockets seem to form along the swirl lines so I assume that is where the cheese is. I am looking for a recipe for these buns. They are white bread and rather greasy.

I found a recipe that is similar in concept, however the Sobey's cheese buns have much nicer bread (the bread in the given recipe is terrible!) I found a picture of a very similar cheese bun.

@user6200 - If you simply want a recipe, try a google search. Once you've identified one, if it doesn't work bring it back here and ask us how to fix it. Or if you don't find one, come up with some ideas and ask us how to tweak them. That's what you need to add to your question. – justkt Jun 8 '11 at 19:14

user6200: The trouble with this type of recipe request is that only the packager can give a correct answer, and they're probably not permitted to. If you know what they look like then I've always found Google Image Search to be one of the most useful tools. But, aside from that, you have to try to make the question more specific. In order for us to give directions, we need a destination and an origin. Right now we only have the destination. Best thing to do is a find a recipe that's "close", and ask how to modify it. – Aaronut♦ Jun 8 '11 at 20:54

@user6200 this question can be unlocked. But you have still not given us enough information. As it is now, we can only suggest "try another recipe for the bread", which is dumb. You should think what you don't like about the bread, use a bread recipe which is very similar to what you'd like to have - only wrapping a cheese mixture in it instead of baking it in its original form - and if you have detailed complaints, e.g. "The filling made the bread soggy", we can help you with them. We can only help you tweak, not present you with a complete custom-tailored solution out of thin air. – rumtscho♦ Jun 9 '11 at 8:29
