My little girl hates eating veggies, but loves the juice (like 100% carrot juice, “Superfood”, or V8). She is only 9, and I was the same way until I was around 20. So is there anything wrong with letting her have the juice rather than fight with about eating them? I still put them on her plate, and I still remind her that it’s the same stuff (this may be why she told me the juice was the same so it must be ok. Lol). So is the juice the same? Is it ok for now?

The things that could be wrong with it have to do with nutrition and parenting, and this is a site about cooking; your question is unfortunately off-topic. You might try parenting.stackexchange.com if you're concerned about the parenting aspect. On the nutritional side, you should probably just ask a doctor the next time you visit. – Jefromi Feb 29 '12 at 16:55
ok, thanks. I am 100% ok with my parenting. but I'll take it to nutrition. However I consider that to be 85% of what cooking is about. I guess I should just start there. – KnotHeather Feb 29 '12 at 17:10
If you're talking about the Fitness & Nutrition site, general nutrition questions ("nutrition unrelated to exercise, such as food safety, nutritional needs for children, etc") are off-topic there as per their faq. And while for you, cooking may be mostly about getting the nutrients you need, for us and this site, it's about how to make good food that's enjoyable to eat. I think our faq is pretty clear about the scope. – Jefromi Feb 29 '12 at 17:21
I agree with you views about food, but I have not found the site for just nutrition. Only the F&N site. – KnotHeather Feb 29 '12 at 17:52

That's why I suggested asking a professional. There is not a nutrition site. – Jefromi Feb 29 '12 at 17:59
