Could you describe how is that meat? Why you like it, or why you don't like others? Otherwise the question could be considered too localized (I.E: I don't know if that cafeteria is at Picadilly Circus, nor what do they serve). –  J.A.I.L. Nov 18 '12 at 0:20

@J.A.I.L. Though the question may not be clear enough yet, it's not too localized. This is not the only restaurant that serves roast beef. –  Jefromi Nov 18 '12 at 0:21

@Jefromi I wasn't meaning it as a reason to close the question, but as to edit it to clarify which (of the many) ways to prepare it he is looking for. –  J.A.I.L. Nov 18 '12 at 0:29

Hmmm, have you tried asking at the restaurant? –  derobert Dec 3 '12 at 19:00

Most buffets serve "steamship round" which is whole round, or the top round--because they are relatively inexpensive. I have no experience with the particular restaurant named.

However, the question IS vague and there is a lot of variation. Restaurants serving prime rib at the carving station usually make it quite evident.
