I'm looking for a hand mixer that can handle hard foods easily. My ninja pro blender broke down recently so I need to find a mixer / blender that can handle hard foods like peanuts / nuts / ice.

Please suggest me one. Please be honest. Thanks!

I'm confused...Are you looking for a hand mixer or a blender? For a blender, it's expensive, but you might look at a Vitamix. –  Jolenealaska Nov 23 '13 at 16:12

This question appears to be off-topic because it is about a specific shopping recommendation... you can ask about features, or what would work well, but we don't recommend particular models. –  SAJ14SAJ Nov 23 '13 at 16:13

vitamix is so expensive. i can spend less than $150. please suggest me some models. i need something that is sturdy, made of metal. the ninja pro blender connectors is made of plastic so it broke down easily. –  Raymond Ho Nov 23 '13 at 16:18

please don't downvote my question if you don't want to help. i really need to find a good product and had no where to ask. i looked at amazon reviews and can't find a durable product. it can be blender or hand mixer. anything will do. i just need to have it. –  Raymond Ho Nov 23 '13 at 16:20
