Feta saganaki: slice a tomato, arrange slices in an ovenproof dish, drizzle some olive oil, some oregano, salt and pepper, top with feta and cook at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Serve with crisp toast of bread. Shrimp and feta: Make a basic tomato sauce, add shrimp and feta and finish in the oven. Feta with honey: coat feta with egg and breadcrumbs. Fry until golden brown. Drizzle with honey and serve. Feta dip: Crumble feta with some yogurt, olive oil and cayenne pepper. Add everything to a food processor and combine to desire consistency. You can also add some red bell pepper to give it a distinctive red color and make it as spicy as you want. The possibilities are endless. |
