I am looking for a really good vietnamese cookbook. While I was in Vietnam, I did a cooking course and of all my travels, the Vietnamese food was the best.

I have had a look at a few different recipe books but I cannot decide if there is one that is better than the others...

Any help would be much appreciated...

There are either too many possible answers, or good answers would be too long for this format. Please add details to narrow the answer set or to isolate an issue that can be answered in a few paragraphs. If this question can be reworded to fit the rules in the help center, please edit the question.

Can you be a little more specific as to what you mean by "good?" Lots of recipes? Detailed explanations? High-quality photos? This is a bit of a poll as is, but I think if you narrowed it down a little then it would be fine. –  Aaronut Nov 14 '10 at 22:19

Asked the question to a Vietnamese expat friend here, and she recommended this book, not only because (in her words) it's a beautiful cook book, but also because it's a beautiful book, and offers a nice insight to Vietnam culture.

She didn't has the book at hand to peep it, but I surely want to!
