Why would using oil make muffins less sweet? wow, this (and the other question, nice!) contains a great deal of "cooking chemistry". However, the evaporated butter is interesting. I'm going to try, thanks! |

Why would using oil make muffins less sweet? The muffin mix says it'll be less sweet, an it actually does. It does really taste a lot less sweet. |
