comment Does freezing non-freezable liquids affect life span
I never said it was tomato sauce (or at least, I don't think I did :) ). It's actually a UK style Chinese sweet and sour sauce and very accurate to our local ones!

I updated my question with the quantities @Jefromi. Yes, it is what it claims, I will need to buy a thermometer and test it, however, I have many things in my freezer (sauces, foods etc) which freeze solid. It is only this one.

comment Can you refreeze chicken after it has been cooked from frozen
What a fantastic answer! This has helped me find other answers (with minimal research effort) as well which has given me a great understanding. Thank you for taking the time, this is truly excellent. Although I'm surprised microwave is on there as I would have thought that could cook the outside before the middle.

comment What can be used as a wrapper with minimum taste?
@Brendan - Great advice, and in this case yes, for about 30 seconds - 1 minute in oil at approx 120°C. Although I think the potatoes I used were physically too small and about 2mm or 3mm thick, next time I think 1mm will be better, or even thinner.

comment How to properly make maple foam?
To be honest, I just added 1/2 tsp and it was fine when I've used it in the past. This was with about 400ml of liquid though.
