from internet
, chicken eggs hatch in 21 days, duck eggs in 28 (Muscovy 35), quail eggs 23 days, goose 25-27, Ostrich 40-43, but remember eggs are often washed which reduces the shelf life.

@Jefromi, size matters, try cutting e.g. cheese in 0.5cm, 1cm, 2cm and 4cm pieces and heat in micro, they will heat differently.
