comment Help Identifying a pale green, spherical squash-y like vegetable
That looks an awful lot like a honeydew melon, though it could be some sort of hybrid. It's hard to definitively identify without seeing the flesh, as the skin is basically identical to a honeydew.

comment How can I make lemon and chilli liquid to have with hummus?
When you say it's a liquid, is it oily? Since hummus normally has tahini in it, and since this liquid is bitter, it could be that they're taking the oil off of their tahini and infusing it with chilis and lemon rind/oil. It's hard to say, though, without some rough description of the composition of the liquid.

comment Is it possible to make yogurt and cheese from spoiled milk?
To add to this, it is certainly "possible" to do (since curdling is curdling is curdling), but decidedly unwise. Many varieties of Streptococcus grow very well in milk, and many of the wild varieties are well-known pathogens. Assuming you made it into cheese and then completely cured it, that would do nothing to remove the high levels of the toxic waste products produced by those pathogens that contribute to those pathogens' associated illnesses.

comment Whats wrong with my rice cooking process in my Zojirushi?
Did the cooker not come with a 3/4C plastic cup for measuring out the rice? My experience with my own Zojirushi is that, if you fill the provided cup and use the lines denoted on the inside of the bowl, it makes perfect rice every time.

Just to clarify on one point, one should only use cold running water when thawing fish this way.

comment How to use a honey dipper?
Honey has strong antiseptic qualitites, which is why the dippers can be kept in the honey. That said, the dipper should not be actually put in the tea--it should never touch anything but honey and air. Tea goes bad easily at room temperature, and could cause pathogens to grow in/on the wooden dipper.
