I run a London Supper Club called ferdiesfoodlab - it's a de-formalised social banquet. We seat everyone together, and serve the courses in a way that's designed to get people talking and engaging with each other! There are no tables for 2 only 2 massive banquet tables that run along the length of our beautiful wood paneled hall!! Great tunes, great food, amazing people!!

It's always great fun :)

We do them in oil lined cling film, add a bag clip to seal the egg inside, and bob's your uncle! Means you can do 10 at a time if you want and they all come out perfect too!!

comment Laotion (Thai/Viet) Style Sticky Rice, after making sticky rice do you knead the rice in something specific?
have you tried getting hold of your friends dad? Jasmine rice is a good place to start, no wash and the less water the stickier. (To a point obviously. 1.4:1 water:rice being the limit)

I have the Flavour Bible and the Flavour Thesaurus, there's no comparison, for ease of reference and frankly more imformation the Flavour Bible is a much better book!
