My Mother taught me to cook when I was 6 years old, cookies of course. I have enjoyed cooking ever since. Recently I finished Julia Child's "My Life in France" book. I strongly recommended it to you if you like to cook.

Thanks for the comments about home-made "Baking powder"!! I wonder if Julia Child ever wrote on this. One thing that I really like about Julia Child, is that she would test, test, test till the recipe really work.

I think from what you said, our problem was that we added cream straight from the refrigerator.

@Robert, thanks for the comments and question. The chocolate sauce turned lumpy and seized.
