How can you reduce the heat of a chili pepper? Any cooking seems to tone the heat down. I'll often saute or sweat peppers, and it sweetens the flavors just like it would for an onion. |

What kind of coffee grinder is best? It can really make a big difference with espresso. coffeegeek.com recommended that you spend as much on your grinder as you do on your espresso machine (up to a few hundred dollars). |
