Thanks for the link. I have a few questions about your method. At what temperature and for how long do you cook the beans? Do you cook just the beans or do you add other ingredients (carrots, plantains, pork)? If so, do you add all the ingredients at once or do you cook the beans for a while before adding the rest?

Each article clearly defines what each of these items is but I don't think the differences are well outlined. As I mentioned in the question, the articles conflict on whether they are the same thing or not. I just want to know if there is a concrete difference between sugarcane jaggery, rapadura, and panela besides their place of origin.
