Has anyone successfully spatchcocked their Thanksgiving Turkey? Do you have an outdoor space to work with? If so, Google "trash can turkey" or check out the Orion Cooker/Smoker. They are relatively fast, and you free-up your oven. |

What is the best way to reheat leftover grilled fish? Fish tacos FTW - big thanks to mfg for the reheating technique, and to daniel for the fish taco suggestion. |

What is the best way to reheat leftover grilled fish? I cannot wait to try option 1 - I didn't have leftover salmon this time around. |

What is the best way to reheat leftover grilled fish? Two words: fish tacos. I tried that suggestion last night, as well as the lemon/cream/dill pasta suggestion from user2951. Both were good - tacos win. Reheated in the oven on broil for about 5 minutes. For the record: I used corn torillas, spinach, and this sauce: soupaddict.wordpress.com/2009/06/06/… - Thanks. |

Cheap sources of protein? Yup - it is my understanding that egg whites have lots of protein and egg yolks have lots of cholesterol. |

how to store lettuce In commercial kitchens: iceburg, romaine, and green leaf are often chopped in large batches, and any leftovers are completely submerged in water overnight. |
