Why use milk in scrambled eggs? +1 for Gordon Ramsey's method; they really are fantastic... and they're a good starting point for many other types of scrambled-egg-based dishes; a great way to make dinner/lunch/breakfast on a budget/when you don't have a lot of food in the house! |
