microwave(already cooked just to be heated) roast beef frozen to out all night to frozen again ok to eat? Nope. If it's been out overnight, it's not worth the risk, even if you hadn't refrozen it and filled it full of ice crystals and thus damaged the cells. Ditch it. |

What are possible substitutes for pineapple in sweet and sour pork/chicken? I'd suggest tinned mandarins/tangerines. |

How can I cook chicken breast like Nando's? You can get digital probe thermometers on Amazon for about £10. You can use them for all kinds of cooking, they're super useful. Never overcook a roast again! You can definitely buy skin on chicken breasts at most supermarkets, and if a butcher doesn't have it, he's not worthy of the name! |

blood sample of a patient to lab kept in the home fridge for one day I think your employer should pay for a separate fridge if you're obliged to take the samples home with you. Either that or you start charging them rent for using your equipment. |

What do I need to get started with American style Barbecue? From what I understand, both the grills I've linked to can be used for smoking and high heat grilling. Maybe I'm wrong. If it makes a difference, I'd rather low and slow than hot and fast. |
