This is what I'm talking about: rocklandkosher.com/p-15342-rich-whip-non-dairy-topping.aspx. It's essentially a nondairy substitute for cream. It comes in a frozen container. You defrost it and then whip it up to make non-dairy whipped cream. (I'm a kosher observer and didn't realize that this isn't mainstream)

Not sure if it's like cool whip. You have to whip it before using it as whipped cream though I have some recipes that call for it still in the liquid form.
