What are the authentic traditional ingredients for Naan bread? I fully agree with the spirit of this answer, and upvoted. However, I think a true Naan is always cooked in a tandoor -- there are other names for flatbreads cooked on a pan. Naan recipes that don't use a tandoor are a compromise. |

How can I keep pasta shapes intact? I don't understand this at all. I never stir pasta, and I never get clumping or sticking. Perhaps when cooking spaghetti, one or two strands will be stuck to the pan after draining, but no more than that. |

What is the basic technique for making tea with teabags and a mug? @PinoPinto The intention isn't to get every last drop of flavour out of the teabag. The intention is to get a pleasant strength. I've added something about that to the body of the answer. |

Why does my bread burn at the bottom before it is done? @MartinEpsz I went to a certain well-known online trader named after a South American river, searched for "oven thermometer", and they had them for under US$7. |
