That's very sad. So, I have no choice other than looking for those cheese in market for making "cheese spread"? Cheese spread made from fresh home made cheese will not taste great?

@IshaanSingh Okay, Question: By now, have you tried to cook the Biryani according to the exact time given by the recipe? If yes, then reduce that time by 10 minutes and cook on a very low flame. After the 'new' timeout lift the lid and check on doneness. Yes, you will have to lift the lid at least twice for the first time to get an actual idea of much time really is required.

For your point 3, the recipe says explicitly make sure that top layer is rice and bottom layer is chicken.

I have seen my mom (and her mom and her mom too) using white onion to make dry spices. What sort of dry spices would be?

Use green onions where they are called for specifically That is obvious. Indian recipes do NOT call for green onions. And I don't which "kind" of western dishes would use green onions. I wanted to know for example - green onions are used in "soups", "pizza" etc ?. so, when I prepare a soup, I'll use green instead of red.

Well, if you are talking about the name of "this" cookie, then the only tile I could find on the pack was "Oven baked fresh cookies". :(

I am not looking for "exact" recipe. I take a picture and will post it here, then I "do hope" that you and others will be able to guide regarding the ingredient quantities required. :)

It is nearly impossible to reverse engineer an industrial cookie recipe from its ingredient list directly--especially without the final product to compare to. Should I post the cookie picture here? will that help?
