comment How to butter-roast coffee in frying pan?
I added the oil to obtain the distinct flavour of buttery coffee. I did, unfortunately, not get better results so far. Have you tried and had success?

I am accepting this, because your musing seem reasonable. So far, I have no better answer.

comment Some tahini tastes very salty, other tahini does not. Why?
Would the sodium content be determined before or after processing? Wouldn't the salt from the salt water show up in the nutrition information?

@Jefromi, I wonder, if non-Sodium salts like potassium chloride taste salty ("salty" as in NaCl) ...

comment How to butter-roast coffee in frying pan?
I have tried to roast the beans according to @soegaard 's explanation with coconut oil (smoke point approx. 180°C/350F). As I did not want to burn the oil, I only roasted mildly. The result is drinkable, but not exciting. There was no coconut taste.

comment Bread dough only rises once
Did you add sugar when preparing the dough? The sugar may have been used up by the yeast and rising is progressing much slower now.
