Why put cinnamon in chili? @WayfaringStranger strong coffee is a common way to make a quick mole sauce and would be a fantastic addition to chili (my wife doesn't do any caf though so it's out for me :(). |

What should I use to build a parrilla? @ItayMoav-Malimovka if you can't find anything you like, then getting a local craftsman to weld you one from cast iron shouldn't be a problem. Just make sure to season it properly (the same way you'd season a cast iron pan). |

What do I need to get started with American style Barbecue? I'd definitely echo the Weber Kettle recommendation. It's a great first grill (heck, it's a great only grill). You can use it for grilling and smoking (I even smoke on the 47cm model). And it's a cinch to get set up and clean. |
