What are the modern or recommended ways of cooking corn on the cob? @rfusca how can using a steamer basket be an improvement over just putting a tiny bit of water in and steaming that? Steaming using a steaming backet takes longer because the steam is at a lower temperature by the time it reaches the food, more water is needed, it takes longer, and is more fiddly. |
