comment transfer pizza onto stone without sticking
I use this technique all the time at home and it works perfectly. It is also worth nothing that you can cook the pizza directly on the stone WITH the parchment paper without affecting the flavor or texture (I've tried it both ways). This also makes it easier to remove the pizza once it's done - just grab the parchment paper.
