There is nothing like freshly made cinnamon rolls. Well, add a cup of coffee & it is top-notch!

comment How do I get the butter out of my chocolate fondue?
I did freeze it. I laid it out into an inch thick then cut it into little chunks to make it easier to reheat. Very good idea for a chocolate sauce!

large run-on sentences were very hard to read. The good tips were being lost in this difficult-to-read response.

comment Coconut Milk Ice Cream - Getting Volume?
With the KitchenAid, can you increase the speed while churning? I lack experience, so I didn't want to put this as the answer. I want the KitchenAid ice cream bowl, so I can control the speed of the churn. With a faster churn, it should add air (which is volume). This is basically whipping air into the mix. They call that overrun.

comment Is it okay to use a microwave in convection mode without the turntable?
When I work with convection microwaves, I find it essential to preheat the oven. The insides are all metal, so if that is hot to the touch then it will be radiating its heat energy onto your baked goods. Unfortunately, it usually takes FOREVER to preheat, which is a ton of wasted energy.

comment How to make crumbly cookies?
Describe what you mean by crumbly? Would you like the cookie to break up into pieces when you bite it OR would you like it be very flaky so you could scratch it and leave a pile of dust?
