I'm a recent graduate with a perchant for Java, Science, Coffee, Games and Cooking!

I enjoy cooking as a way to relax, as well as learn and experiment. I learnt most of what I know from watching (and pestering) my dad, who was once a chef. I like curry, Italian, English and most other food. I adore fish, and try to involve them and onions in most recipes. Given the choice, I'd rather go off the rails with a recipe than stick to closely to it.
