Kept in the fridge I've had then for a week or so. That said, the Ener G egg replacement (ener-g.com/gluten-free/egg-substitute.html) is the best I've found. | |

Also, I use the Ener G egg replacer in most baking but bananas work well and make for a soft texture if used properly (they just tend to change the flavor). | |
