Granted, you can pop boiled ones back in the hot pot after draining to dry out, but it's just an inconvenience more often than not. The microwave is quicker than the oven for cooking the potato, and it doesn't heat up the whole kitchen... however, if you have leftover baked potatoes, they are perfect! | |
