Onions etc sweating in the pot [it's aluminium so it goes from hob to slow cooker] Meat I sear in a good frying pan, move across, deglaze. Beans in the above scenario are canned, so no boil required, but from scratch they would have spent 60-90 mins going through the regular setup. | |
