  • I don't quite understand the question. Do you want to bake cookies instead of using cereal? Whether the substitution works will depend entirely on what you want to do with them.

  • I want to make Homemade alpha-bits cereal because i love the cereal so much. I chose those cookie recipes because i've found 0 mini oatmeal/oat flour alphabet cookies to use as alpha-bits cereal.     Cereal is not baked. It's normally puffed, through an industrial process which is virtually impossible to duplicate at home. You can certainly use baked cookies as cereal, but it will not have the same flavour or texture as cereal.
