I have a brand new dispenser. Put in 1&1/2 cups of heavy cream, charged it, and followed the directions for dispensing and nothing. Not even a drop of cream comes out. I don’t even hear it trying. I believe the lever spring in the dispensing handle is faulty. How can I open the dispenser safely now that it is charged so I can hand-whip the cream? EurKitchen brand. Thank you!
