We cook 35 loofa pasta for a spaghetti feast we have a problem keeping pasta from drying out How should this be done to keep pasta firm looking an d not drying out.This is what we do Cook pasta ,rinse in cold water ,put in larger cooker with olive oil on it It sets for about 2 hours or longer
