My Gotham pan has completely lost its non stick feature. Is there any way to fix it?

My sticky Gotham pan

Not only a simple egg sticks but I cannot even scrub it out! I feel it's completely ruined after 3 months. It gradually started to stick then one morning this. Can’t even use it anymore.

Is there any way to fix it? Do they just do this and then that's that?

  • how old is the pan ? how did you wash it ? – Max Apr 3 at 10:33
  • Hi Sylvie, it is sure irritating for you. I am afraid we cannot answer questions of the "am I the only one" type though. Currently, your post sounds like you want to let off some steam and hope to get sympathetic reactions from others, which would be totally fine for a discussion forum, but not for us as a Q&A site. We have some guidance on what types of question we take on cooking.stackexchange.com/help/dont-ask. – rumtscho Apr 3 at 11:00

Hi Sylvie I've edited your question into something that can be answered. I think your general tone of frustration remains, but instead of "is this a scam?" and "am I the only one?" -- which aren't answerable here -- I edited in a question we can answer, which is what you can do now. Hope that's ok with you! – Kate Gregory Apr 3 at 16:31
  • ps: doesn't it have a warranty? – Kate Gregory Apr 3 at 16:32

Thank you @KateGregory for editing, I reopened for now. If Sylvie wanted to ask something different, she can still edit. You also picked one aspect which has not been asked before, as many other related questions would have been duplicates. – rumtscho Apr 3 at 18:06
