Vacuum-packed cheese question (botulism)
Vacuum-packed cheese, stored in refrigerator for awhile (2-3 weeks), then placed in freezer. Cheddar and Provolone.
Any risks, especially in regards to botulism...opinions sought. Never heard about ...
