use 2 beaten eggs per person (some add salt, pepper, sugar), and you pour it into a very well-oiled pan at medium heat once it starts smoking. Apparently, the important point is to mix vigorously as soon as it's in the pan so that it doesn't stick. Good luck/ganbatte~ :) …
