I have a passion for cooking and I love every part of it from ingredient through to technique.

I have lived in Thailand since 2010 and I'm loving it. It's ok... you can be envious. Envious because I have all the wonderful Thai ingredients just a short 2 minute walk from my home in Chiang Mai. Envious of the wonderful weather and people inhabiting this majestic country.

At the same time I will be envious that you have all the fantastic western things at your disposal. Raspberries, strawberries, blueberries and blackberries just to name a few. I will also be envious because you have an oven; envious that you have a mixer and a food processor. Envious that you have wines that don't cost a week's salary.

Enough of the envy already! Get back to the kitchen! :)
