What do American chefs mean by "Red pepper flakes"?
Does red pepper flakes EVER mean jalepeno? Those wouldn't even be red.

Baking great chewy oatmeal cookies with Quaker Instant Oatmeal Fruit packs
Is this corporate shilling? Why else would the name be so specific and the link be to the Amazon page?

Muffins are fluffy, but crumbly
I didn't realize coffee flour was so unknown, it's been at my local grocer for over a year. It's generally recommend to substitute up to 1/3 the flour in a recipe.

Simple recipe that when combined in a different order yields different food?
@Jefromi I wasn't thinking about that explicitly, but that may not be a bad idea actually. If you bake the flour just as you'd bake dough normally, and bake water+salt+yeast just as you'd bake dough normally, and then combine then, you'd have done the exact same thing to all the ingredients that you do when baking bread, except you definitely wouldn't have bread because it was done in the wrong order. Thank you for the idea.
