I am a professional chef and baker with a CEPC certification, and I sit on the Board of Directors of the Washington State Chef's Association. I also teach food science, baking, and other courses at Seattle Central College and at the Seattle Culinary Academy. In addition, I founded a technology company in California that has been in business for almost 30 years.
