I love food and find one of the best ways to learn about another culture is to explore their food. I have an extensive collection of cookbooks, but am always on the lookout for something different and inspiring.

I have run my own kitchen as well as served in various roles in some traditional American restaurants. No formal training. Strong on flavor, not so much presentation, although I appreciate a lovely plate or table.
