Dec 13, 2023 at 19:00 comment added vfk45 Thanks, the dough didn't feel much wetter before baking, but I guess it's possible for the humidity to only come out of the "grounds" upon baking, which would also result in this "melting" phenomenon I guess. The ground almonds were those: migros.ch/en/product/105331300000 so definitely not option 2 or 3.
