Mar 29, 2018 at 23:28 | comment | added | user5693 | Downvoted, because it is possible to scramble eggs without them sticking, by starting them off in a cold stainless steel pan and heating up the pan. I wouldn't advise it, on two counts: (1) it requires more water, milk, or fat, in order to reduce the risk of them sticking; and (2) it isn't very time-efficient, because it would be quicker to warm the pan while you're fetching the eggs to put in it (since they will heat up much faster than the pan). But it is do-able. | |
