Aug 23, 2023 at 14:45 comment added Sneftel @Ecnerwal There's "cream of coconut", "creamed coconut", and "coconut cream". Best to infer from context, I think. Only "cream of coconut" will be available at a store that doesn't also sell fermented shrimp paste, and "creamed coconut" will likely be measured in weight, and will always be chopped or dissolved.
