Even when I've had eggs that I specified to be well-done and that were completely fine for my stomach, some of them have been "fluffy" and moist (which I'm perhaps simply unused to in egg dishes). The real thing to look out for is probably something like this, where there's visible excess, eggy liquid (that clearly isn't from additives like, say, tomatoes, which tend to "weep"). | |
