I just realized ithat I added about 4 cups of water to 4 cups odof flour for my ciabatta dough. It only calls for 2 cups, but i just remembered that iI added 4 for some reason. It'sIt’s been rising for a bit over 4 hours that its rising and there'sthere are a lot of bubbles, which imI’m happy about, but itsit’s very runny. It was a bit sticky when iI mixed it but it can pour lielike a thick soup. How do iI fix it? Will it ruin the air bubbles if iI add more flour?
