Either you got Thai Knives (Kiwi/KomKom), or really low end japanese brands (Sekiryu/Sekizo/TokioKitchenWare etc...) that look like tradititional japanese but are made of a much softer steel. Still, these being sharper than conservative western knives is plausible. | |
