I have been baking & cooking for over 20yrs, on my own of course. I love trying out new recipes. My favorite thing to make is Cheesecake, because ppl often tell me that its the hardest thing to make/bake, but its not. I now own a small business that sells baking & decorating supplies. I like to read up on on things that my customers are having trouble with, so when they come in next time, I can help them. I am a mom of 2 teen kids, they have been my guinea pigs over the last couple of yrs. Also, my husband likes to cook & bake, so we have had some interesting things to eat.
