A bunch of spinach (as per OP) consists of multiple heads of spinach, unless you let your spinach grow tough! I don't think a bunch is a weight type unit, it depends on the produce, and has more to do with keeping produce for sale in usable units, e.g. everything at one or two dollars. A bunch of coriander is very much smaller than a bunch of spinach, but it is the same price | |
