Dec 24, 2017 at 11:20 comment added Kirby I just placed the chicken breasts (boneless/skinless) in a single row of a deep large pan, and filled the pan with enough water to cover the breasts. Shouldn't there be a way to tell once they're cold? In terms of texture and/or color and/or taste?
