Ideal fridge temperature accounting for temperature spikes
It depends also on the food in the fridge. Veggies that have 10°C is not so bad as raw meat that has 10°C. Also the age of all the food can play a role, I think.

I'm not sure about this, but I assume that in commercial yoghurt, there is a lot of sugar added. Did you add any?

@Kate Gregory: yes a lot of people do it. It wasn't proven to help or anything, but it doesn't harm either; I think it's a bit more smooth :)
